When you book with us, we reserve the homestead for your exclusive use.
As you would appreciate we are often booked weeks, and often months in advance.
Cancellations therefore may incur charges:

Full refund if cancelled within 2 months. 50% refund within 1 month.
No refund if cancelled within 2 weeks
